infinity team,i successfully flashed alcatel e101 which is blocked permanently but still same problem.pls help.here is log COM4 [VCP0] selected

Good team with daily updates,i just downloaded latest update *H module v1.11 leleased today and has solved my problem.this is logCOM4 [VCP0] selected

I have a two pieces alcatel 101.
The first going everithing ok but when I put sim the phone say MEPO NOT PRESENT
The second going everthing ok and unlock it succesfull.
I have problem with the first ....
I work with infinity box the latest version... h module1.11

Please how to solve the problem!

My fault is .beacouse I dont chek before to do unlock.Just connect the phone to infinity box and do unlock function.The aplication ask me to save eeprom I do yes and unlock function going to do.

firstly sory for using word "repair"first phone is lock and after unlock phone is dead and now software can't detect phone sir...

Hello,

If phone can't be connected this means that:
1. battery is empty
2. cable is wrong or damaged
3. phone hardware is damaged

Please, check each step very carefully, especially first one.

1 battry's valtage 3.8v
2 cable same as first it is in good condition
3 phone is brand new sir
rx =1.7v
tx=1.8v
sir i chack all thing

and now software cant detect phone box green light is continusly glowing

Please, charge battery with external power supply and try again.
