HI
i m new user of infuinty and i want to reset user lock but on com1 and usb serial port from device manager com 6 i receving same error
here is log
COM6 selected
Device must be POWERED-ON !
Connecting, wait...
Err: [A00]
Err: [A02]
Err: IMEI read
Err: Device not powered or bad connection:
plz help

Also see cable pictures in "Cable selector", you will see what to do for good connection.
And please, in future use "search" button before ask questions, this problem with connecvtion was described 1000 times.
