program stuck on " DDCleaner : Error clear item #0" and is to close by end task

Hello. It will NOT work until you not connect it correctly and without holding BootKeys.

i made backup flash and write other flash but hanged on logo, then format, still there,

then rewrite backup now phone is in first condition fully on having all viruses.

if phone properly connected then all above process completed, here is the problem!
