i have a fly b600 which is dead , when i try to format it with infinity i get this error ..i doesent even read the firmware , but i can read the whole flash with another software ...

any solution ?

Did you tried to flash phone with files from support area ?

yes i tried but same error messege comes

error: page confirmation is absent,

please help me urgent as i will have to return the set on monday ...

Hello,

If some data can not be read from flash it may be phone hardware fault.
Did you tried to open phone and check it's hardware ?

sir, if it is having a hardware problem then how can another software read the full flash correctly ?
i have another box which can read the full flash correctly but infinity cant , so i think it is the problem of infinity .///

Hello,

If you can read/write this phone flash with other software then why you need to use Infinity-Box for this phone ?
Just use another software and repair your phone (and ignore all my previous advices: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/show...39&postcount=4)

And small information for you: Infinity-Box software always verify data that was read from phone. Please, ask about this feature your other software producer.
