assalamo alakum

i have two mobile which is locked after flasing this version from support site

Fly-SX305_SL390M_MERID_RU_PCB01_gprs_MT6226M_S01.06A.W 06.36.MP.V44_E6.05R5_16m_En_Ru_Ua.B0M.bin

the us unlocked now but not taking charge not have keypaid light

after doing again the
version from support site

Fly-SL399E_SL390M_MERID_UK_PCB01_GPRS_MT6226M_S01.SL39 0M.06A.W06.36.MP.V36.F2__En.B0M.bin

now its take charge and light is ok but again lock

so what is the complete methode for unlocking this mobile ?

Hello,

How to unlock Fly-SL399E:

1. make eeprom (or full flash) backup for emergency case
2. make "smart safe" unlock procedure
3. if phone still locked flash it with this firmware ("Fly-SX305" folder in support area): Fly-SX305_SL390M_MERID_RU_PCB01_gprs_MT6226M_S01.SL390 M.06A.W06.36.MP.V36.F2_E6.02R_En_Ru_Ua
4. if phone still locked make "format ffs" operation
5. check imei and restore it to original value (if need).
