Member: 1808452 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 21 | Hello team, is my smartcard damaged or what? I removed the smartcard and inserted in different smartcard reader but the result is still same. When using dongle manager, this is what I get "Searching... Dongle can't be found: Card with specified AID is not found" Last edited by busfield; 12-03-2019 at 10:06. |

Member: 1043909 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 60,926 | Try to connect Dongle to another PC Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it) If problem still exist: - Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader - Clean Smart-Card contacts - Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card - Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader If problem still exist it may be a hardware problem. |

What might have caused my smart-card to get damaged because I don't have any sniffing or cracked software on my pc |

As I can see it's not first time when your card become damaged so PC usb port voltage and also consider do not use old card-reader and do not use old one. activation transferred, update AC3E9B66 now butbe noted that this card is older than 524131C7 |
