Hello team, is my smartcard damaged or what? - GSM-Forum

Started getting this problem since yesterday. Drivers installed and shown in device manager but all the programs cannot run because they are unable to detect smartcard.
I removed the smartcard and inserted in different smartcard reader but the result is still same.

When using dongle manager, this is what I get "Searching...
Dongle can't be found:
Card with specified AID is not found"

Hello,

- Disconnect all other Boxes and Dongles from PC
- Connect ONLY one Infinity Box/Dongle to PC

Result is still same. Even used on fresh windows and on different pc but still same problem.

- Click to "Read" button

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box (if you have it)

If problem still exist:
- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader

If problem still exist it may be a hardware problem.

Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 32bit

This is what I get when try to open CM2MT2 and CM2QLM module
Previously, I run these programs without problem

What is the dongle S/N ? you can see it in log files

What might have caused my smart-card to get damaged because I don't have any sniffing or cracked software on my pc

Bros even humans can die because of their life is end so that what is smart card? Consider every day that smart card is in ploged in sestem and all the time that sestem is in fire then any time somthin can happen hope u understand me

Dongle 524131C7 is from year 2016 so it's quite strange that it become unreadable. As I can see it's not first time when your card become damaged so PC usb port voltage and also consider do not use old card-reader and do not use old one.
activation transferred, update AC3E9B66 now butbe noted that this card is older than 524131C7
