hi ther dear infinity team i was trying to unlock this e221 buh opration faild for some reason now m trying to flash this phone but opretion is keep geting fail plz check these logs n tell me how can i flash this phone which files i need to flash and which options i need to use thank u COM3 [VCP0] selected

1. check battery voltage and charge battery with external power supply if need
2. try to flash phone again several times.
what is the results ?
