Please help me to resolve my infinity box cannot log-in

how to change e mail adrress of cm2 pls?

because i use one g mail to register two cm2 those are (005B5B5B95 and 00DC0D2441) but the problem is that i can only use 005B5B5B95 to login to IOS the second always error password or username and i try to reset password with my gmail and also write the 00DC0D2441 not have recovery g mail , contact support. my g-mail is [email protected] i used it for the two.
