Help Jmax 5700 Phone Code


I need to remove phone code from jmax jm-5700 but having problem connecting with soft this is the log i am using pinfinder.


COM10 [VCP0] selected
Device: J-Max-JM5700
Checking data, wait...
Action: reset
Boot...
Press and HOLD Power button now (if boot does not start remove/install batery) !
loading...
next part...
error: can't run main loader: 8200
Finished, Remove/Install battery now !
Time used: 4 sec

Hello,

Please, try to use ordinary COM port cable (or other cable) due to several users had a problems with this phone connection as a result of cable problem.
Also try to follow this instruction: C:\\Program Files\\InfinityBox\\Documentation\\Infinity-Box_How_to_fix_connection_problem_Moto-c113_c114_c115_c116_c117_c139.jpg

use comport 1 is the best than any port
and before using restart your pc
then use

select zte 225 instead and unlock usercode. i have tested this and it works
