help needed please
hi dear sir.
i am . very old user of infinity
i need your help please
my cm2 dongle card is damged and i cant able to used it becasue card is broken by me. i want to use it now on my infinty best dongle ? can you please help me to activate it on BEST?
or i need replacement of card?
please please do favour for me.
please activate my cm2 damged card ( 9DC1118D). on my working infintybest dongle (08AD856F)

What is the problem with your card 9DC1118D ?
what do you mean damaged ?

i was tring to change sim card from dongle to another dongle. in this way sim card is broken by mistakly
can you please help me? if repalcement if possible then please tell me.
i have serial number user and password and my email.

Hello,

It's impossible to transfer dongle to another dongle as activation.

The only way in your situation is to buy new Infinity-Box/Dongle.
