i have new box but the box is requesting for upgrade
can someone help me to update it?

Hi,

Visit support area www.infinity-box.com and download "Dongle Upgrade Tools".
Run "Emeralda" software and your dongle will be upgraded in 1 minute.

Hi,

Just login in suppot area and select section "2. Dongle upgrade tools" at left side menu.
