hi infinity team please solve my problem

hi sir I install new window 10 my pc

after I install infinity dongle exe like cm2 and nokia bb5 all exe

after I open exe cm2 scr getting error update dongle manager

when I update dongle manager when show wait 3-4 minutes my card auto disconnect don't know how is possible but auto

after not opening my card any exe like cm2 and bb5 nokia

I again do update card getting this error

sir still same when I do sn info check

when I go device manager option show smart card reader driver is fine working

when I see smart card driver option showing unknown smart card

im trying also driver doing but still same issue please help me sir

You must move your DITS CCID Smart Card Reader to TRASH right now !
insert smart-card into another card-reader and update it

i already try put smart card to another card reader still same?



can possible its work another pc? or please guide me dits ccid smart card reader its old card reader right? you talking about ?or have another setting ?

please follow the next steps:

STEP 1: DITS CCID Smart Card Reader - move it to TRASH because it's very bad reader and if you will use this reader you will kll your card
STEP 2: after that insert smart-card into another card-reader and update it with DongleManager

i try after 2 days its will be work thanks your help sir

i use another card reader then its work before 2 days i use another card reader but not work still same error

but now fine everything is working

Please do not forget, you should move DITS CCID Smart Card Reader to TRASH !
If you will use DITS CCID Smart Card Reader in future you may kill card during update !
