Your 'USB Token Device' driver is questionable. You need to find appropriate driver to update it. Have you tried all the drivers from support already?

Try these drivers to see if it helps.
Right-click on the 'USB Token Device' and click 'update driver software' in device manger and update from the extracted folder of the download.
If unsuccessful, uninstall driver and repeat again.

Drivers in support Area belongs to different Card-Reader types and OSes.

you are best i know xp is great project but future in win7 like itune has been stop on xp so i decide now using win 7

If your card-reader was detected by PC f.e. like OEM it should working well.
what is the problem with reader now ?
