sir, when i open cm2mtk it says "dongle misconfiguration" i've tried reinstalling and reupdating but to no avail. i think it starts to happen after i installed hex neo software that i used to take a .jpg file from a thumbnail cache. what should i do now? i hope you would be kind enough to help, it's been like this for a bout a week.:(

Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Hexframe" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware

dont you have any other solution? i told you already that i'e tried that but nothing happens
