formate complet or safe mode
try to calebrate tuch screen all mode but i cant solv this problem

yes, looks like it wants to be touchscreen calibrated.
did you try this by touching LCD with pen?
what result?

may be u have a touch screen damaged,if calibrate by the soft dont work...!!!
