Hi, New bee meets problem

I have a Moto C139 from tracphone. S.W. Ver 8.5.17.
Tried to Flash each set of Firmware + Flex one by one via Infinity Box found in the support area in order to find best solution for both Cingular and T-mobile.

When I flash the below set
C139_1.0.24_Main
C139_1.0.24_Flex_FFN_4R_10X
C139_1.0.24_LPN_NA2_00X_Fr_EsLA

and choose SERVICE-> SP-UNLOCK, result as below

SW ver: 1.0.24
HW ver: MOTOROLA_E88
LP ver: LPN_C139_NA_T0H
Flex ver: FFN_C139_4R_10X
Check Flash-1 Done
Check Flash-2...
In progress...
file saved: Backup_eeprom-1__2006-11-7_16-25-19.31E.bin
Err: non-locked or unknown eeprom
Check Flash-2 Fail
Finished
Remove/Install battery now !
Time used: 14 sec

The phone dead

Tried to repair using infinity box REPAIR MODULE with out success.

Boot...
Phone should be Switched OFF !
Press Power button now !
Err: boot error[02]
Boot Fail
Finished
Remove/Install battery now !
Time used: 51 sec

The phone can NOT connect to the box

Question
- Can I repair the phone using infinity box?
- How to repair if above question is YES

first of all, you did not read the procedure on how to unlock this model.

How to unlock C261 TracFone

1. Make backup (read flash) for emergency case

2. Flash phone with the 0.1.32 set of files from support area

3. Make “Unlock”

please use smartclip for you to restore the phone in its original state and get flashfile on the support area..

here you must ust testpoint did you cut the test (open your Documentation folder and read it please)

i think you must be sure what you say coz smartclip can't repair c139 at all untill now is only can unlock the old .v

Do I have to cut the trace on SW Ver 8.5.17? I only know 8.8.17 needs the testpoint process.
Any way I can bring dead phone back to life without cutting?

Hello,

At first, please, describe what you tried to do with phone in fact !
It's need to know all your operations in details because in your current description exist small mistake.
It's IMPOSSIBLE to make any damage for phone during unlock procedure !
So, after I check your description of problem I see that you made WRONG description ! Phone CAN'T be dead after unlock try. Phone can be dead only after wrong flashing (wrong files selected or empty battery).
So, make this:
1. make correct honest description of all your operations !
2. check battery voltage and charge battery if need
3. try to flash phone again
4. if phone can't be flashed anymore: use "RepairModule", cut track, make "repair" procedure, restore track, flash phone with ordinary firmware and phone alive and unlocked.

Thank you for you reply. I am not quite sure what leads to "dishonest" but I am trying to make it clear

Let make it short

1. I flashed (this file is for a SP called Cingular)
C139_1.0.24_Main
C139_1.0.24_Flex_FFN_4R_10X
C139_1.0.24_LPN_NA2_00X_Fr_EsLA

2. I unplug phone, loose the battery, reinstall the battery, re-plug the phone on to unlocking cable

3. I choose SERVICE-> SP-UNLOCK
below quote from log file

4. I unplug the phone, remove battery, reinstall battery. and find the phone can NOT turn on

5. I double checked the battery, it's good

6. I tried to reflash the phone without succcess. The phone can NOT connect to the BOX. Another backgound info. is, the phone make weak click sound when I press the power button as the BOX told me to do so.

7. Full log file available for check upon request.

Hello,

I am sure that it's can't be any phone damage after step-4. It's impossible becase at step-4 it was made no any action with phone, only information reading that can't damage your phone.
So, double check the next:
1. battery. what is battery voltage now ?
2. cable
3. phone hardware

Hi,
1. Voltage = 3.81 V unloded / shows full 3 bars on the phone
2. Cable's good
In order to make test, I use same battery and cable to load Firmware etc. on the second phone, result is good.
After SP-UNLOCK, second phone dead. This happens 5 mins ago.
No way hardware failure again, right

Again please allow me say it. when press the power button on the dead phone, it clicks once every 3 seconds.

If you feel necessary, I can mail the dead phone, and volunteer a good phone for you to test.

I can't beleive that after unlock phone ver 1.0.24 you can have any problems and phone can't be flashed again.

Dead phone come back to alive

using moto01 V1.27
1. dead phone can hook up to the box
2. load firmware + Flex+ Langpack -> success
3. Boot the phone success -> success
4. SP-Unlock -> failure
5. Phone still alive

One more miracle in step-4. Are you sure that phone is still locked ?

What flash files you used for flashing in step-2 ?
