the arabic flash file is not available in other mirror support area and how to flash this file?

when i select this file in firmware the software gives an error "file corrupt" bad data" so pls upload a working arabic flash file in support arrea pls!

can we read full flash backup and write tback to the phone? pls inform! as need arabic flash file very urgent!
