I need ZTC ZT969 flash file+eeprom - GSM-Forum

Hi dear infinity team today i recieved a phone by the name of ZTC ZT969 single CPU6228. when i turned on the phone it had gone up to 100% then shutdown. i made format with infinity the same prom then i format with multiloader tool, now it work well without sim, but when i insert sim it automatically restart, and then i format with infinity but no result. then what will be the fault? if u can upload this file, i will flash and the phone to check the phone and what will be the result,
