i have a dongle (also a box but it is in the drawer) so...
i think that the dongle is best activated that how i bought it and then i bought the
Infinity-Box/Dongle software activation for Infinity [BEST], Chinese Miracle-2 and 1 year support included 1 year ago
now i wanted the new update of CM2 SPD 2 OR SPD. and i bought mistakly the infinity credits pls help i dont know the diffrance it seems that
the spd software not the same ( and the way to execute them also not the same. ) what should i do ? did i lost my money ? i just need the last update of cm2 that you released two days ago

Insert Smart-Card into original Infinity hardware and update it with DongleMange.
then run software that you want

it is working well

and was working well 3 years and i have activated content extractor and CM2 last year just only now i mistacly bought the infinity cm2 credit in 180 credit for 2 years and so sorry what should i will do now ?
i am telling you only after the wrong activation because the box was original for best dongle only and i think ( i hope i know what i am talking ) i bought and activate it as infinity dongle and it is not . when i tryed to buy best cm2 it told me " the box have allready acvtivated. and when i bought infinty credit now it is working for me also the "shell of infinity " what is the diffrance between best and infinity dongle ? and what should i do ?

I don't see any problem. Yesterday you ordered credits from seller.
then you ordered "support renew" for your dongle.
then you updated dongle firmware.
what is the problem ?

You can use both "Infinity [BEST]" software and "Infinity-Box/Dongle" (also known as CM2) software.

still i think the activation of "infinity dongle with CM2 2 years support " was my mistke. that cause the "contact support " in the Dongle Manager, i bought it because it was 180 credit for 2 year, and BEST with CM2 support for 1 Year was 200 credict and still it is.
pls advice what to do or what should i have done if i owned BEST with expired CM2 software that worked fine ( and still working / but i can not update firmware because the "contact support " in the Dongle Manager
pls see that i have updated the firmare several times so the hardware is fine.

"2 years support renew" was ordered for S/N A03D2A7D at 2020-01-15
Do you want to cancel this order and return your smart-card back to it's previous state ?

it's a result of your small ignorance of our previous advices. If you want to avoid this message in future you must update card again as it was suggested earlier

1. if you want to use latest Infinity software and fix the small issue with your dongle use Alcor Card-Reader and update dongle firmware now
2. if you do not want to use latest infinity software and you want to cancel/refund "2 years support renew" order let us know, we will cancel an order and return credits back to your aco****

Waiting for your final answer: 1. OR 2 ?

(but i still dont know why just after i bought it the dongle can not be updated) but i trust your knowlage.
is there a best software that need to be renew activation that i can buy also.
is the best2 a part of CM2 and it is the newer version ?

If you have another card-reader - insert card into another card reader dongle firmware with DongleManager now.
If you have another PC - connect dongle to another PC and update dongle firmware with DongleManager now.

you should update dongle firmware with other card-reader or other PC.
also be noed that your card A03D2A7D is from year 2014 (6 years old for now) and it may be some kind of hw faults as well. so update card and see result
