Have you tried to delete /AST/ folder and istall it again?

Do you see fault.bin file in folder with software?

it's helpfull tool, i use it to reboot from fastboot
but when i read info fastboot the result is not understandable
i couldn't find device model or firmware easy

To use AST you should have CM2/Infinity-Box/Dongle activation.
CDMA is for CDMA only.
But you can add CM2/Infinity-Box/Dongle to your CDMA Dongle
