How to renew support:

If you have Infinity-Credits at your IOS Account:
- Login to your IOS Account - http://www.infinity-box.com/service.php
- go to `Products` menu
- Select `Infinity-Box/Dongle 1 year Updates/Support Renew`
- Enter your S/N

If you do not have Infinity Credits at your IOS Account:
- Contact to any Seller - http://www.infinity-box.com/dealers.php

Do you see any error message ?
Do you have fault.bin file in folder with CM2 or QLM software ?

Please can you tell me the differences between this two. Infinity dongle, + cm2. i contacted a seller to buy Infinity box/dongle and he suggested i buy infinity dongle and infinity cm2 i'm confuse..Are they two different thing

Infinity Dongle include many software. CM2 is a part of this software set.
So if you will get Infinity Dongle (or if you will make Infinity Dongle Activation for your other box/dongle) this means you will have CM2 also.

Also if you already have old Infinity-Box (even released in year 2005) and if you will renew support for it - you will be able to use CM2 software.
