I cant locate where to download infinity box drivers for windows 10 64bit the ones I downloaded from support are giving error : The folder you specified doesnt contain a compatible driver for your device. If the folder contains the driver make sure it is designed to work with Windows for x64-based systems. Or else there is a certain procedure I have to follow. I also need the e-gate driver. Thanks

Drivers are here - https://www.infinity-box.com/support/

In most cases you do not need any drivers, just connect dongle to PC and Windows should install drivers automatically.

Now run DongleManager and read S/N.
What is the S/N ?

I have same problem, dox/dongle not found. I try with windows 10 pro.
Driver support not work. Now, i can't use infinity tool box.

Hello,

This Smart-Card is not an Infinity Smart-Card

- Disconnect all other Boxes and Dongles from PC
- Connect ONLY one Infinity Box/Dongle to PC
