Infinity Box firmware upgrade problem


Hi,Infinity Team i am facing a problem in infinity box firmware upgrade..i am using Dongle Manager v1.47 and i have installed all drivers properly...but when i try to to upgrade it...every time this message appear.....'' Dongle is up-to-date and has latest firmware..Don't try more'' .....Now how i can solve this issue...Thanks

i av d same problem

i av d same problem . it ismy first time to activat my box .do i still need to pay for anoda activation? i paid fo activation b4 . i can open my pinfinther v1.28 but i cant open mm module it req dongle upgrade

We can not answer to your question exactly because you did not provided your box S/N.
I strongly suggest you do not post your S/N here, but contact to [email protected] directly.

I had a similar problem but I solved this sendind my box data S/N from a dongle reading with donglemanager.exe to [email protected]

Yes, in case of any problems you can send an e-mail to us with your box/dongle details and we will solve any problems.
