Can not Kick the fdl
i am assuming that this device supported by the Software because he is in the drop list in the software !
so it is settings problem pls advice
First can you pls explain what is it FDL ?

FDLs '' Loaders'' same as MTK DA ''download Agent'' they are LOADERS, if can't send loaders maybe wrong bootkey, or wrong device selected! check all this and post logs

Thats because you are trying to dump a device that the manufactor (Qin) has changed the fdl signature for them......... *hemilton

Im a private developer, but I'm familiar with the devices in your region, there are a few developers that made changes on the device partition within the fdl files themself, and that's why read firmware isn't Avilable, add to that the dis-knowledge of the different protocols that you possessing at the moment.

And my credit deducted please team check,,ive checked via ios, but i find my credit deducted with those unsuccesfull attempts

Dear Sirs,

SPD phones with newest security comes and these phones can not be unlocked instantly ! Process takes time.
Newest phones gives message Process failed: Please wait

If you will see this message do not return phone to customer !
STEP 1: try with FLASH mode
STEP 2: Keep this phone with you and try to connect it to software in several hours.
If you will see message again it means you should try after 2-3 hours
