infinity does not boot any set

please guide me to solve the issue. my infinity card is detected and software opens and no mobile is booted with my infinity. checked cable and handset with another infinity box on same pc found every thing ok with other box. i checked the faulty box in device manager it is installed as human interface device and simple usb serial port. i think if it may be programmed wrong for the usb serial converter. please guide me to solve this issue and way to program my box properly. thanx in advance need it urgent infinity help please help me.

Is it brand new box or this box was working before but now it's damaged ?

i was trying to format a china gfive fone with rx tx tp solder method. after connecting power and pressing power key i found my set was not detected later i tried with many fones and found myself under this problem. thats all. can i claim for new infinity hardware from gpg or my reseller or if i can repair by mprog method if any solution exist. thanx in advance.

It may be box hardware fault (result of bad soldered wires) or drivers problem.

At first try to re-install drivers.

Where to get latest FTDI drivers:
1. latest FTDI VCP drivers is here: Virtual COM Port Drivers

How to re-install FTDI drivers in case of any problems or conflicts with another boxes:
1. disconnect box from PC
2. uninstall FTDI drivers: C:\Windows\system32\ftdiunin.exe
3. reboot PC
4. connect box to PC and install FTDI drivers from Infintiy-Box package

i experienced also that brother , my infinity box product by gpg xware also damage there interface easily damage not good harware , if you connect rx tx not in exact pin out for example you put rx or tx wire to b+ then your box will be damage , so we hope that gpg manufacturer will include protection to their hardware if we mis to connect proper rx tx so that the hardware will not damage

It's really hard to make this kind of protection, so you have to be very very careful when you connect rx/tx/gnd wires to phone PCB, in other case box can be damaged easily and in most cases in this case of damage you have to replace box FT232 chip.

If your box was damaged as a result of wrong rx/tx/gnd wires connection to phone PCB - for sure reseller never replace this box by warranty. In this situation you have to open box and in most cases FT232 chip replacement can solve all problems.
FT232 chip can be found in any electronic components shop, it's quite cheap chip.
