hi support!

can I use Axalto Drivers for e-gate smart card of INFINITY?

I already used it. but everytime I run a module, my PC always restarts

what should I do?

Good day !

Yes, Infinity-Box used Axalto smart-card drivers.

If PC restart you ca name this:
1. uninstall already installed Axalto drivers
2. download and install Infinity-Box drivers http://www.infinity-box.biz/download...ivers_v1.4.rar
Infinity-Box should works, also other boxes (that used Axalto e-gate drivers) should works without problems

Also, if PC restart it may be problems not with Axalto drivers but with FTDI drivers. Reinstall it too.

I just installed, uninstalled the e-gate and FTDI drivers many times..

but still the same

does Infinity compatible w/ my PC? i'm running XP SP2 w/ AMD Athlon (tm) +3200 Proccessor.

plz help!

In most of my personally cases that failure was from bad Ftdi drivers

Unistall FTDI drivers with uninstaller in drivers direcotry
(C:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Drivers\box\FTDI\FTDIUNIN)

This will Uninstall all ftdi devices in your pc.

You can use also Cruiser Installer And replace smart card subsystem also
if you thing smart card drivers cause this problem

Reinstall Infinity drivers
Plug in the box
Windows will ask for drivers and you must point to the correct dir,
for ex. c:\program files\infinitybox\drivers

If you get any 'Overwrite existing drivers with these one'' click NO.

Try again and post results

yep! I know this matter is about FTDI Drivers, I did register my Box, I can go at support site..my pc restarts everytime I run a soft w/ FTDI connection..

Another possible problem is: COM ports enumeation and incorrect COM port information in your PC system.
What to do:
1. open "setup.ini" file (located in software folder) with any text editor
2. you will see text like PortSearchMode=01
3. make it PortSearchMode=00
try to run application now

one more idea: download latest FTDI drivers from http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/VCP.htm and try to install this latest drivers

For sure this problem is not related with box reseller, so it's little bit incorrect question in this situation

my infinity box havin problem when i connect to pc its found as Generic USB hub please guide what to do urgenly ;thanks

Hello World.......

After a LONG wait my box finally arrives !
Installation went very well without problems.
The only thing I have done so far was to get information from a C139..LOL
I now need to learn procedures, find cables..etc etc
I also have Pinfinder, but I want to be comfortable with Infinity first.

Its gonna be a great experience..and I will be able to offer help here as I learn more
