infinity pin finder need help
 

hello infinity team pls help me in solving my problem with my pinfinder. my infinity box cant detect pinder pls help me .
action taken: remove set up and reinstall again no luck. install latest pinfinder set up . but still no luck i doubt why it happen i use my pinfinder the other day its working , but yesterday when i use it . the screen appear like this until now:

infinity team pls help how could i really know whether my infinity box is ok or my pinfinder is ok cause i try to format the phone with correct pin out but the box dont work , which really the problem my box or the pinfinder

i buy my box three months from now kindly give some idea on how to solve this problem

check in device manager if your infinity box hold comport number 5

i already check the ports the infinity box hold it , i also uninstall the port driver and reinstall again but still dont work pls help me

check rj45 first pin 5v
if this volt absent no detect pinfinder.

i directly check the box by formating china phone using rj45 cable rx tx without pinfinder but the box dont work even i hold and press the power botton , i try to use the other software the phone run but in infinity box it does not work

i open finder software i check the cable wire connected to the box of infinity with out connecting to the pinfinder box

hello!

if you cant make phone formatted even without pinfinder- this means that this isn't pinfinder problem. you must continue check main infinity box.
check if switches is ok etc
if still nothing- you need to buy new unibox
