infinity suport problem


please, infinity team do something about your download site i cant download anything from suport this time. net is ok , i get files from other places withought problem.

Hello,

1. Try to login in support area again
2. Read error messages very carefully and follow by advices that you can see in support area
3. Try to login in another support area mirror
4. Read error messages very carefully and follow by advices that you can see in support area

If you are sure that you have read and understand everything that was written in support area well but problem still exist please, follow the next instruction:

1. Run DongleManager
2. Make "Read S/N" operation
3. Copy text with full dongle details from DongleManager and send dongle details (and detailed problem description) to
[email protected] so we will be able to check what is wrong.

Don't forget to include in your mail detailed information what is the problem with your dongle.

i can go to suport alright but files doe not come easily , sometimes it stopes on the way without finishing download.

all the same download speed is too low and cannot download 1.2mb of file.

Are you sure that you have tried all support area mirrors ?
We need to get more detailed information what mirrors you have used and what is the problem with download speed exactly.

yes, i have tried all mirrors including main suport. download speed 1.3kb/s. but cannot finish download, just stop on the way.

Three support area mirrors located at different servers. I don't think that it's possible that all three support area mirrors has the same download speed.
Are you sure that you have tried to use all support area mirrors ?

What is your country ?

yes i have tried all mirror since the last suport for Mmodules and the last suport for lgA i have not been able to get this files.
