Dear Infinity team I tried to download KP199 urdu file from support area but there is very very low response from server, I cant download file & stuck in between. What can I do?

What type of your Internet connection?
ADSL?
Dial up?

don't use downloader software like IDM etc for infinty downloading

you can download files from different support area mirrors (mirrors located at different servers).
