for the past days all effort to enter the support from the software has not been successful this is the message that i get

Please, never share your dongle details (S/N, support area login, password etc.) with anyone !
In case of public sharing of your dongle details and/or files from support area (as well as unproper files usage) your account to support area may be suspended and dongle may be blocked.
