to infinity support please help


hi to infinity box support.
have good time.

before come the chinese miracle cable of infinity box i plug the Nokia N95 chinese phone to the box after that I heard the sound of an explosion from my box. now i have not any problem when i want to install the box to the computer but can not connect with any phone.

please help me to solve this problem and Revive this giant.
i'm hold...

Hello,

You need to open box and see what component was damaged.
Probably it's FT232.

But after opening the box problem will not solve then resseller can replace the box with payble amount . . . ?

i change the FTDI ic but now when i cant't connect to any phone.
See This log in defult connection:
COM10 [VCP0] selected
Action: read information
Device: Sony-Ericsson J100
Checking data, wait...
Connect...
Press and HOLD Power button...
connection mode: 00


please help me to solve connecting.

and this log after i change the connction metod to "" method version 3 "

and this log in method 4 :

Hello,

Probably other componets is damaged too. You need to check other box components.
Also you can use any other Unibox or COM port cable.
