-MY INFINITY BOX IS WORKING OKAY WITH USB ON MY WINDOWS7

-IT HAS FAILED TO WORK WITH COM PORT ON MYWINDOWS7

-J INSTALLED FTDI DRIVERS MY PROBLEM NOT SOLVED!

-HERE AM WITH PHONES TO WORK THROUGH COM.

right click infinity usb device/update driver
chose manual and select driver C:\InfinityBox\Drivers\box\FTDI

Its a problem with FTDI chip (box/cable hardware) but not a problem with Smart-Card.

What files you have in C:\InfinityBox\Drivers\box\FTDI folder ?
Have you insatlled Infinity Drivers package earler ?
