x70 come to me set was blinking i try on x70 cleaner because number of set for this problem i repaired by the help of x70 cleaner the log on which is given below

COM3 selected
Phone must be Switched-Off
Press Power button...
Test mode Ok
Clearing...
New Lock Code is: 0000
Finished
Remove/Install battery now !

After doing this no success then i try to unlock may be problem solve following error show the log of which is given belown that give the error of eeprom

Hi,
No idea about this phone repair. It looks like eeprom area seriously damaged and we have no methods to repair it.
