I think that only a lazy person asks support on forum because 99% of methods and tricks are included in infinity's documentation. But the Infinity supporters even answer lazy people....

I respect the ALLAL123 opinion about FG, but the both boxes are very good.

Post #4 was written in 11-2008, today is 25/04/2009.

Since this date, no changes in commercial policies for both teams, but a good work has been done (see updates historic).
This is why I said that they are making good job.

Infinity is still the best because they NEVER ask you to pay more money for new updates..like other boxes..I've been using it for so many years and it's worth every penny I spent on it and much more...

DONWLOAD LATEST UPGRADE-CLINT DONGLE MANEGER FROM SUPPORT AREA AND UPGRADE DONGLE FIRMWARE TO
ACTIVATE FEATURES. But i have downloaded the latest v 1.29 to upgrade but the same problem
any solution please help
