This thread really helpful, because it's show that about 90% of problems - it's a problems with cables, so when users can not connect phone with software - in most cases it's a cable problem.

Also this thread show how to ask questions well.
If users want to get an answer - they ask a questions like "I have a problem, how to solve it ?"
If users have a lot of time for useless discussions they start to say something like "I am nice, but other people is quite stupid and they must give me a moon from the sky"

So, let's select a discussion way that is better for you, we are always happy to discuss about moon or about phones with our dear users every minute.

No one has ever started athread,telling us how much he has earned using infinity box,you always post problems, and they are solved by infinity team.then why tell us the time you wasted for your own benifit,not for we.

Anyway, if you still need your new cable you can contact me and we will send you new cable. But one thing - you must pay for delivery, but we are ready to send you G7050 cable free of charge (but you pay only for DHL delivery of bad cable to us and good cable to you from us). We can make replacement, no problem.
You see - we can not pay delivery cost.
Even Microsoft never pay for delivery. We are not so rich as Microsoft, we can not pay for delivery

yes he can buy whole cable set of infinity box then pay for a single shipment from dhl or fedix.
