It's quite strange.
Anyway try to disable Windows Defender completely.
Als try to install software to dfferent locations, f.e. to c:/InfinityBox/ and later to c:/Program Files/InfinityBox/

What is the result?

1. Download and run Sysinternals Process Explorer - https://download.sysinternals.com/fi...ssExplorer.zip
2. Run procexp64.exe
3. go to menu File -> Save
4. Save file
5. Copy/paste file content here
