what can i downloading from SUPPORT AREA?

MAIN SUPPORT(only 2kb/s)
MIRROR-1(THIS WHY LOG IN ONLY USENAME AND PASS)
MIRROR-2(THIS download only 4KB/S )

from i buy infinity box i have not download anything ，As too slow, not under the End will be interrupted，I come from China，

Who can help me

Download speed is good as I've just downloaded file from Mirror-2 and as far as Main Supprt is concerned it's also running well (just now checked and got speed of @26 kbps). You need to check with your ISP about speed.
I also cann't access Mirror-2 Support.

Bro just check ur net connection ,,no problem from Infinity servers,,,

bro but when i download in setool or other is vevry good also can 400kb/s,if in good time it can 600kb/s i think my net connection is good! i thing is server for china is not good!

when can i do???? not support .i cast me vevry unhapper!

You can login in MIRROR-1 via "Shell".
Try to use MIRROR-1 server.
