@InfinitySupport: ZTE-A136(ZONG) Unlock Done

At last I managed this phone to be Unlocked. All thanks goes to InfinitySupport for his precious advices.

Here is the process which I used to unlock this phone.

1.Download these flashfiles from support (exactly these files) and flash your phone with these files.

-ZTE-225_Main_VDF-P108A2B06-Tu-TU02_g3dBV2.0_Jun-5-2007.B1M.bin
-ZTE-225_LP_VDF-P108A2B06-Tu-TU02_g3dBV2.0_Jun-5-2007_Tr.B1P.bin
-ZTE-225_repair_ffs_01.B1F.bin (open as ffs2 and select file)
-ZTE-225_repair_eeprom_complete_01.B1E.bin

Save all the backups during flashing

2. Unlock ( cancel saving backups during unlocking)
3. Write backup - eeprom sta
4. Write backup - eeprom sec
5. Power ON phone with locked sim
6. Enter Code 12345678

In place of eeprom backup restore I used the files which I saved first time when I read A136 as A225. This is must to restore original backup files otherwise IMEI will become corrupted.
These are the file names

ZTE-225, Vodafone-225_eeprom-sta_20081015-220852.B1E
ZTE-225, Vodafone-225_eeprom-sec_20081015-220912.B1E

Now I hope we will have ZTE-A136 model in Infinity-Box phones list.

Once again big thanks to Infinity Team for their wonderful software solutions.

Best Regards!

These eeprom files are mobile specific. Use only those files which Infinity software will ask to save as backup when you'll flash your phone. If you will write eeprom files backed-up from another mobile, I think this will create some problem with your phone.

I wrote the above file names for informing InfinitySupport as I already sent my backup files to him.

Best Regards!

Hello,

Thanks a lot for good test report !

Just a small addition: I think it\'s no need to flash phone with ZTE-225_repair_eeprom_complete_01.B1E.bin file, in this case imei will be not changed and you do not need to restore original eeprom backup after flash.
Also it may be that t\'s no need to flash ffs file too (ZTE-225_repair_ffs_01.B1F.bin ). I am not sure, need to make motre tests.

So I think that unlock should be done just after flashing with this 2 files:
-ZTE-225_Main_VDF-P108A2B06-Tu-TU02_g3dBV2.0_Jun-5-2007.B1M.bin
-ZTE-225_LP_VDF-P108A2B06-Tu-TU02_g3dBV2.0_Jun-5-2007_Tr.B1P.bin

If somebody has similar phone on hands please, try to flash phone, make unlock after flash (if need) and let us know about results.

You are absolutely right at your place that no need to flash un-neccessary files. But these phones have "Blocked Unlock Counter" and only after flashing counter is not reset. So "Repair eeprom" and "Repair ffs" file is must to be flashed to reset counter. As I only found this way to reset the counter.

What you say? Waiting for your opinion.

Best Regards!
