intex aqua young hang on logo

sc7731 problem in flashing

i try to select cpu 9 option 10 option & last option but cant flash cant format

1. Remove battery. Insert battery back
2. Press and hold 'VolumeUp' and 'VolumeDown' keys
3. Insert cable

Select Boot sc7731 Android Ver.5 and tick on LDR Mode....while connecting with usb Cable Hold Vol- till flashing start....

Hello,
First charge battery.
Select SP [SC7730..SC7731] eMMC [Generic] and flash with .pac file, no need to select Alternative LDR Mode. Keep on pressing both volume buttons for long time until booting is completely done.
If still same check drivers, change usb cable/port and try again.

I Try with same method but not work still my set problem not solved

HW damage in Phone
or
Wrong PAC file

If you are sure about firmware version selected is correct and same, then as Bro JayDi said- could be due to HW damage in Phone.

my set done via hard reset

it is having spd7731g android version 5.1

but i cant read write format in cm2

plz add this cpu in next update

There is nothing to add.
1. Check your files next time. When you select PAC - CM2 use it as base. Deselect it first, to try standard variants.
2. There is universal reset method ( "Reset in SVC" ) , which allow make reset for such phones.

Just read sometimes update logs and try thinking. Not waste own and support time for nothing.

thanks for help i have also same problem but my version is v7

so i had been searched but not get finally i saw your post morning

then i did done via hard reset

4 days i was lose my time
