Kg290 flashing error

I have kg290 it's problem is i insrt the sim after 2 our 3 mint's it''s hang i formate whit this 2945#*# butt phon still hanging and then i flash during flashing giving this error any tell me please what's the poblem in this phon
here is pic please see and then post result
