I HAVE GOT ONE KG290 STUCK ON START UP LOGO. CANNOT FLASH WHAT IS THE PROBLEM PLEASE EXPLAIN SIR.

its not mtk based phone.how can u use chinese miracle for non mtk based phones

Try with fully charged battery, else it could be hardware problem.
