Restore Original IMEI after unlock that you have done.
If you still face problem here is simple tested process-
Flash with the file "KP100-04-FL-49-V10a_262-07_FEB-12-2008+2_En_De_Es_Fr_firmware_lp.B1M" and then make SP Unlock process with option Read Unlock Code. Restart phone with any SIM and enter unlock code readed by Infinity Box.
