language pack editor 2.0.9 error - GSM-Forum

i have activate my dongle with language pack editor
after installing languagepackedit v2.09
the software opening in background i tried diffrent version but it gives STOP error
i realize after installing the software doesn't make any license_xxxxxxxx.ASK file to send it to support
so i can get license.dat

so i update my dongle to get activation
the activation done but software still not running

here is my log from dongle manager

Disable your PC antivirus and firewall and try to run software again. result ?

i tried but no luck i have change the pc as well

if there were any problem in the windows then how i can open V1.28
it seems that key is not yet activated

in the info tab i can see the card is connected even it shows the serial number

but when i click on open file then it says card not found

the key driver is properly installed even i can open other infinity software without any error

thanks problem fixed now i can only open v1.28 but still same issue with new version which is 2.09
