It's good idea do describe what is with phone.
I think that your have got this phone for repair, phone is damaged and can't power on now. You must check phone hardware first and only then you must try to flash it.

I have a g1800 which is auto off proble. I format it first but same result then i flashed it then improvement.What to do now?

Did you tried to make 112/emergency call without sim card ?
What is the results ?
