LG KG110 urgent - GSM-Forum

hai
i have LG KG110
the phone can't open compose msg, just loading all the time and then restart

i wanna to backup it first, before i flash it
cause i affraid the phone become dead after flash.
but when i try to backup it always error
here the logs

Testing COM19 at 115200...
COM19 selected
Device: LG KG110
Checking data, wait...
Action: Read flash
Boot...
Phone must be POWERED-OFF !
Press and HOLD Power button !
Connecting, wait...
Err: boot failed: 39
Release Power button !
Err: wrong answer, errorcode#37
Boot Fail
Err: no any expected answer

Remove/Install battery now !

waiting for the solution ASAP

sir insert the batterie the time is the soft asking power on phone and all must be ok and good luck
