Lg Kg200 blinking white Please Help


LG Kg200 only Blinking.I do it Format FSS but still Same.Then i tried to Flash it but not done.

1. try to flash phone at 115200 baudrate
2. open phone and check it's hardware, f.e. rehot or reball CPU and/or flash chip.
