LG RD3610 SOFT PROBLEM the customer has given me set for blink repaire i repaire it in infinity cdma tool the set become ok witchout blink in normal position but the right and left side menu letter comes in this position ????? and when i check its version s/w:RD3610F02 prl:0 h/w :1.0.0.1 why its show prl :0 while the other set i check its show prl:10 whats the problem in my set can anybady give me the videotoutorial to how to flash the phone in lg dp which is bin file which is scr file in flash file folder clearly step by step i cant ok a single set in this infinity cdma tool from which day i buy this tool from gsm all set some problem is coming so plssssssss i request to infinity cdma team to help me ...........

Dear Jagdeep,

Please be specific with what kind of problem you are facing .We don't know if you say you are not able to do single phone with Cdma.There are 100x number of problem in phones so what problem you try to do and not abel to do kindly tell us in detail..

Pls give me video tutorial i want to see the flashing procidure whow they select file from model folder which is bin and which is scr file and which is prl file i want know wheather i am selecting right file or wrong lg dp soft because all are doing flashing in that tool no problem why i facing this problem pls infinity support
