Login Problem On Infinity Support... - GSM-Forum

hi
i cannot lohin on infinity support.when ever i try to losin i recieve that error.
1. You must download and use latest Support Manager to login in support area !
2. Connect Dongle/Box to PC.
3. Install Support Manager and follow Support area link.

If you cant enter in support area this means that you must download New Support Manager and try again.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Login in Demo mode to see support area functionality.
i using latest support manager.but same.plz help.

HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD SETUP FROM SUPPORT?

run DongleManager, make \"read S/N\" operation and send complete dongle details to [email protected] to check.

Error:can't run browser,probably deafult browser not set in system!

You can run browser manually and paste link there

I am not accessing " Support Area " for download's sir and I installed new Shell also
