lyf ls-4006 file not read with 1.24, but read with 1.22 - GSM-Forum

i try to read lyf ls-4006 file with 1.24 version but failed, but when i try 1.22 version it read easily, may be this is bug in 1.24 version for 9830 cpu, can anybody read this file with 1.24, if done plz tell here.
