1. Before giving handset, please take out your accessories, sim card, memory card and battery. By chance all given objects come with handset and lost we shall not responsible.


2. Please take receipt from counter only. If you give your handset to our technician or any other worker and it lost or any problem occurs, we are not responsible for that.


3. We give only 7 days warranty for problem solved by us.


4. During software installation or unlocking handsets if handset turns dead, the Customer shall be responsible for that.
